This set is in excellent condition and is fully functional, and ready for use. They hold air well, and have little to no wear and NO dry rot. One is missing valve cap. These are for the older style with round axles and lynch pins and will NOT work on the newer double d style, so you must only buy this if it matches to your part number because we don't accept returns. Comes with what's seen in the photo, no more, no less.
