This is actually brand new and only out of box because my sister in law gave me hers and I had bought this one and on my way home shampoo had spilled onto the box. I can ship with or without the box. I have the instructions put up so they could dry from having shampoo on them. If I ship with the box I will put tissue or plastic around the pumps.
