Vintage Jowett Institute fulcrum bell and handle that are in good used condition. Total weight is approximately 4lbs, 5.4 Oz. The weight is solid with no cracks and still has some of the original red paint. The thumb screw is a replacement and not original. The handle is original, and shows signs of use and age such as scuffs, scratches, dirt, and marks from the thumb screw. Please see photos for measurements, contents, and condition.
