Disney Princess CRT TV Built-In DVD Player, Built-In Speakers Pink/Purple

my daughter's has had it for ever and it just in storage (minor scuff marks)we tried everything and tv and it works has the speaker on top (no remote). (DVD player gets power but does not turn on just need to get work done at a TV shop)
